FTP In Netscape 6 And Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
Whether you use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape 6, you can easily access FTP sites--even those that require a password. To open a site that needs a password, you type the address into the Address Bar as shown here:
ftp://username:password@ftpname/
Then just press Enter.
