"The Usenet news service that Bentley provides from the server Zeus will be disabled as of Friday, October 13. The hardware and software that provide this service are no longer under contract and are too expensive for the College to maintain for the small amount of usage that we are logging.
This change will only effect those who use a Internet news reader and point to "zeus" as their news server. Most of you will not be effected by this change. For those that require Usenet services, we recommend using other Internet based resources such as http://groups.google.com or http://www.newzbot.com."
